If you would like to spread the cost of sponsorship over the year. Simply print off this form and send it in to the kids4school office.
GIFT AID
If you are a UK tax-payer fill in a Gift Aid form and send it in to the kids4school office and you will increase your donation at no extra cost to you
REQUEST a VISIT
If you can arrange so a representative from kids4school can come to your group, fill in the request for visit form and send it in to the office Request a Visit or use the contact form
SPONSOR A CHILD
If you would like to sponsor a child, simply fill out the request form and the details will be sent out to you
